Privacy notice
Project REACH respects your privacy under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you take a full mock exam, we collect:
- your full name, school, grade level and region;
- your email address: until November 25, 2026 it comes from your Regional Council's list; after that, only if you choose to give it;
- your answers, score, and when you started and submitted the exam;
- whether you agreed to share your result with your Regional Council, and when.
Before the mock exam opens to everyone
Until November 25, 2026, only students listed by their Regional Council can use the mock exam. Each council sends us its students' email addresses, regions and start times. We use this list only to let you in from your start time, and the email and region on your registration come from it. We delete the whole list after November 25, 2026.
Why we collect it
- to score your mock exam and show you your results;
- until November 25, 2026, to make sure each listed student takes the full mock exam once;
- if you agree, to share your result with your Regional Council for scholarship outreach and candidate tracking.
How long we keep it
We delete your personal information 12 months after the DOST-SEI S&T Undergraduate Scholarships Qualifying Exam that the mock exam helped you prepare for. After that we keep only anonymous statistics.
How we protect it
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized Project REACH staff can see stored results, and every export to a Regional Council is logged.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Email dost.start@gmail.com with your name and the region and date of your exam. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
On this device
This website saves your exam in progress, your last registration details and your latest result in your browser, so you don't lose your work. Until November 25, 2026, it also saves the email you were let in with and a cookie that shows you were let in. Clearing your browser data removes them.
